Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with The Cosy Collection. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Certain items, such as personalised or custom-made products, are non-returnable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the product you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

• Personalised or custom products

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items
